Fun on the Farm
Bocketts Farm Park “belongs” to interAKtive for a couple of hours every year, when its members, family and friends have exclusive use, usually on a Friday evening in July. With 25 acres across which to roam, it’s never crowded, and there are no queues to use the giant slides and equipment in the play barns. There’s also plenty of room to bounce around on the huge outdoor “Jumping Pillow” – it’s a bit like a giant jelly, and easier than a trampoline.
For those who like animals, there is a wide selection to admire, including goats and sheep, geese and chickens and, more unusually, llamas. If you take a tractor ride, you can also see cows, and a bull or two – from a safe distance.
Most of those who come along bring refreshments, and with plenty of tables and seating available, you can enjoy a picnic while keeping an eye on the kids.
