Aerobathon

pic2

The two hour Aerobathon session comprised a tailor-made package of exercises and floor work, designed to appeal to participants of all abilities. It included a classic aerobic workout, followed by ‘Combat’ (lots of air kicking and punching), and ‘Groovy Salsa’ – all rounded off with Tai Chi breathing and stretching.

The club took the cause to its heart and organised an auction of goods donated by members. The items included a guitar signed by Status Quo’s Francis Rossi, signed football shirts, and the use of a stretch limousine for the day. The top money-spinner was a Manchester United shirt, which secured a bid of £800. Together, the Aerobathon and auction raised nearly £6,500.
